Job summary

TRS Consulting Services Limited is seeking a technically motivated Field Service Engineer to service, install, and repair a range of sophisticated imaging systems across Leeds and surrounding towns.

You will travel to client sites, perform installations, diagnosis, and breakdown repairs while delivering exceptional customer service. A broad engineering background and hands-on electronics experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• A competent background in service or maintenance engineering within high-value capital equipment.
• Engineers from imaging/printing/pre-press, semiconductor, manufacturing, or related fields are welcome.
• Qualification in engineering, electrical or electronics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation and breakdown repair of imaging systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair in a timely manner to minimise downtime.

Field Service Engineer, Imaging Systems

Location: Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield and Halifax.

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, installation and breakdown repair of a wide range of sophisticated imaging systems.

Qualifications

• A competent background in a service or maintenance engineering capacity gained within any high value capital equipment environment
• Applications are encouraged from engineers with a broad range of backgrounds, including:
• Imaging / printing / pre-press
• Semi-conductor
• Manufacturing
• Maintenance / PLC
• Electronics / electro-mechanical
• Laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical
• Ex forces engineers (medical and dental, weapons systems, radar, REME electronics)
• A qualification in engineering, electrical or electronics is essential
• Applicants are welcome from engineers from a broad base of sectors, as full and comprehensive product training will be provided
