Job summary

Pure Talent Group seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain commercial warewash equipment across a region around the Inner M25. You will work on dishwashers, glasswashers, and warewash systems, typically completing four jobs per day with occasional full-day assignments.

Working hours are 08:00-17:00 with overtime and travel time paid; on-call rota 1 in 3 and a weekend standby pay.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent required.
• Three-phase electrical experience essential.
• Mechanical experience with pumps and motors.
• Plumbing knowledge useful; training available.
• UK driving licence and permanent UK working status.
• Stable employment history; no frequent short-term roles.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install and maintain commercial dishwashers, glasswashers and warewash systems.
• Cover a regional patch with a typical workload of around four jobs per day.
• On-call rota with 1 in 3 weekends.

Join a market‑leading premium warewash manufacturer renowned for exceptional training, high‑quality equipment, and long‑term career development. We're seeking a strong electrical/mechanical Field Service Engineer with proven 3‑phase experience to cover the Inner M25 region.

This is a stable, well‑supported role with excellent earning potential, structured training, and a high‑quality toolkit, vehicle, and parts stock.

The Role

You’ll carry out service, repair, installation and maintenance of commercial dishwashers, glasswashers and warewash systems across a regional patch. Typical workload: around four jobs per day, with occasional one full‑day job depending on complexity.

Working hours: 08:00-17:00 (travel between 07:00-08:00 and up to 17:30 included in package) Travel outside these times paid at time and a half

What We're Looking For

• Electrically biased engineer with three‑phase experience
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent
• Mechanical experience with pumps and motors
• Plumbing knowledge useful (can be trained)
• Existing 3‑phase experience is essential - not suitable for single‑phase-only
• Stable employment history - no multiple short‑term roles
• Strong communication skills
• Permanent UK working status (visa‑based candidates not suitable)
• UK driving licence

On-Call Rota (1 in 3)

• Fri: 17:00-19:00
• Sat & Sun: 08:00-17:00
• Bank holidays when applicable

Payments include

• Call-out payment
• Double time door-to-door on Sundays
• Time and a half door-to-door on Fridays & Saturdays
• £150 weekend standby pay

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 basic salary (for both experienced warewash engineers and strong cross‑sector engineers)
• Overtime + call-out payments
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• £2,000 annual bonus paid quarterly (£500)
