Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to service UPS systems and related electrical infrastructure across the East Anglia region. The role involves on-site and remote technical support, preventive maintenance, and fault-finding on critical power and lighting systems.

Ideal candidates will have prior EPA experience and CSCS certification, with a background in substations and access to UK power networks.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing battery chargers, UPS systems and backup power supplies.
• Experience with electrical installations and emergency lighting.
• EPA experience and CSCS certification are required.
• Field service involvement at substations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across various sites, focusing on utility substations.
• Troubleshooting and repairing faults in backup power systems (UPS) and related infrastructure.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on critical systems such as battery chargers and emergency lighting.
• Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
