Service Engineer (Entry to Medical Industry)

Field based role covering sites across the Midlands and the predominantly Southest of England, primarily along the M4 and M40 corridor. Ideally looking for candidates based within the Midlands.

£30,000 - £34,000 (OTE £40K-£45K) + Mon-Fri (8 : 30-5pm) + Full Training + Private Health scheme + Plenty of overtime+ Progression + Van (Personal) + Company Pension + Overtime ( +On Call Rota

Exciting opportunity for an Engineer with experience in IP-based systems, CCTV, access control or similar technologies to step into the medical sector with full training, clear progression and the chance to significantly increase earnings through overtime.

This role sits within a well-established organisation that supports critical technology used across healthcare environments nationwide. The work you do will directly contribute to keeping essential medical systems running smoothly and safely, offering both stability and long-term career potential.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and upgrading specialist equipment across various hospital and clinical sites, ensuring these vital systems remain reliable at all times.

This position would suit a technically minded Engineer from a CCTV, access control, nurse call, fire & security, telecoms or IP networking background who is looking to transition into a secure industry with strong training, structured development and excellent earning potential through overtime.
