A leading health technology company in the UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the South West region. The role involves supporting imaging customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced equipment. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and a customer-first attitude, with experience in troubleshooting imaging systems. The purpose of this Field Service Engineer is to support the technical needs of Philips Imaging customers and customer service partners. In this role y ou will worok both individually and as part of a wider team to install, maintain and repair our wide range of technologically advanced imaging equipment.
Please note we have two Field Service Engineer positions available in the South West district. One will be an MRI focussed role and the successful candidate would ideally be based in the Bristol area. The second role would be primarily Cardiff / Newport based and focussed on Diagnostic X Ray (DXR) and Image Guided Therapy (IGT) focussed.
You are a part of a regional team of collaborative Field Service Engineers who are expected to work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered to our customer base whilst ensuring Quality & Regulatory standards are adhered to in this heavily regulated industry.
You are reporting directly to the District Service Delivery Manager for the South West.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
