You will facilitate customer training workshops, collaborate with production and logistics teams on configurations, and work closely with third-party suppliers to enhance our smart metering solutions. Your expertise will contribute to resolving technical incidents and providing second-line support to customers, both in the office and in the field. Additionally, you will engage in knowledge transfer, review product specifications for improvements, and assist our sales teams with customer presentations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Technical Support for Smart Metering Solutions : Provide key technical support and incident investigation for smart metering and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Customer Configuration and Training : Conduct customer training and solution workshops on smart metering equipment, including installation, operation, and maintenance, while addressing specific customer configuration requirements.
  • Collaboration with Third-Party Suppliers : Work with external suppliers of smart metering solutions (., AMI network providers, software developers) to ensure business requirements are met and facilitate seamless solution delivery.
  • Product Knowledge and Improvement Feedback : Maintain in-depth knowledge of new and modified products, review product specifications, and provide insights for enhancements based on operational experience and technical support interactions.
  • Support for Testing and Customer Approval Processes : Assist in product testing, proof of concept, and pilot installation setups, ensuring end-to-end testing of solutions to achieve client approval and support sales teams with technical presentations.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Digital Communications, Information Systems, or Computing.
  • Demonstrable experience of hands‑on experience in a technical support role with customer interaction, including project delivery and expertise with smart metering products and data collection systems.
  • Knowledge of smart metering and digital measurement devices, digital communication networks, and real‑time data collection systems; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical communication abilities; effective at various business levels and customer focused.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, self‑discipline, structured problem‑solving, and adaptability, with a commitment to continuous learning and achieving results.
