Field Service Engineer (Print Finishing Equipment)

We’re working with a long-established and highly respected supplier of print finishing technology, representing some of the world’s leading manufacturers across the UK & Ireland. To support continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded, customer-focused engineer who thrives in a varied role, combining hands-on servicing, installations, operator training, and customer demonstrations.

The Role
  • Install, service, maintain and repair print finishing equipment across customer sites
  • Provide operator training and demonstrations to support sales activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions efficiently
  • Represent the company with professionalism, acting as a trusted ambassador on-site
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK (occasional overnight stays required)
The Person
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering background (qualified or with equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Previous experience working with print finishing machinery (binding, stitching, folding, laminating, guillotines etc.) highly desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and IT literacy
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Ideally located around the London / Kent area for ease of travel
