Field Service Engineer - Plant (Excellent training & development)

£34,000 – £37,000 (DOE) + 1.5× Overtime + Internal/External Training + Company Van & Fuel Card

Monday – Friday (days)

DEVON & CORNWALL PATCH (Can be located anywhere across Devon or Cornwall)

Are you a mechanically minded engineer from a Plant, Agricultural, REME or Ex‑forces background looking to become a technical expert in plant machinery within a market‑leading servicing company that provides excellent internal and equipment‑specific external training with opportunities for overtime to maximise earning potential?

The company is a family‑run plant servicing and dealership at the forefront of their market, investing in your technical development while providing a good work‑life balance in this day‑based service engineering role.

Due to continued success, they are looking to grow their permanent team in the Southwest. This mobile‑based role covers the Devon & Cornwall patch so the candidate can be located anywhere across that area.

In this role you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, inspection and breakdowns of construction plant machinery such as dumpers, extractors and loaders across a wide range of best brands. Extensive internal and external training is available for motivated candidates who are either new to the industry or looking to further their career within plant machinery‑based engineering.
