Field Service Technician - Photocopier / EPOS / ATM / IT Hardware

Location: East / North London - Inner M25 (Driving Role)

NF Resourcing are seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to join a well-established service team supporting clients across North and East London. Whether you're an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands-on expertise in Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), or you bring transferable skills from sectors such as EPOS, IT Hardware, or ATM servicing, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to service calls promptly and professionally, diagnosing and resolving technical faults
  • Installing and networking MFDs at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and client satisfaction
  • Providing user training and guidance to help customers maximise device capabilities
  • Completing repairs safely and in line with manufacturer and H&S standards
  • Maintaining accurate service records and using tech tools (tablet/laptop) to enhance service delivery
  • Managing car/walking stock to required levels
  • Supporting other service teams when needed and contributing to team meetings
  • Participating in ongoing training and development, including online modules and occasional residential courses
