Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Good communication skills, punctual, presentable and willing to learn and develop.
• Knowledge and experience of the company products, applications and markets is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in water treatment is desirable.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Passionate about providing a first-class service to our customers.
• Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written with the versatility to communicate at all levels clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally.
• A good level of IT competency.
• Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Observe, abide by and enforce Health & Safety policies.
• Provide on-site corrective/preventative maintenance and technical support.
• Carry out commissioning work.
• Complete risk assessments, work reports, and all other documentation.
• Complete site tasks and activities as required.
• Propose and undertake any relevant training approved by the line manager.
• Gather site information and compile site log-books for customers.
