Job summary

Envea UK Ltd is looking for a Field Service Engineer to cover Northern England, particularly the North East and M62 corridor. This role involves providing service and support, including traveling to customer sites for repairs and system training. Candidates should have a degree or HND in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, along with strong customer service skills and experience in instrumentation.

The position may require travel across the UK and occasionally internationally, with overnight stays possible.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with instrumentation in a previous industrial role.
• Ability to resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to allocated sites and documentation.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs, commissioning, and fault-finding.
• Advise on configuring systems for applications and diagnosing problems.
