Zusammenfassung

MultiAir UK Compressor in Thirsk, Yorkshire, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain air compressors and ancillary equipment at customer sites and in workshops. You will diagnose faults, carry out PDI/commissioning of new equipment, order parts, and complete timely job reports.

You must be PC literate, hold a clean UK driving licence, and be able to work independently or in a team. Training and on-call duties are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience servicing and repairing air compressors and ancillary equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on site and in workshops.

• If required, to plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules.
• Required to take part in the on-call rota.
• To maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition.

• Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Pass on leads to help generate sales and Adhoc.

Your role

As a Field Service Engineer - NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the profitability of the company’s business by providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment. You will provide service & maintenance on customers machines.

Key Responsibilities

• To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
• To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based.
• To carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
• To identify required parts to effect repairs.

To succeed, you will need

You will have current experience of repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment:

• Compressors
• Dryers
• N2 Systems
• Pumps

You will possess a good knowledge of the compressor industry, be self-motivated and be able to work individually and as part of a team.

As you are customer facing you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
