Field Service Engineer – Multi Skilled

Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 (OTE £65,000 - £70,000)

Shift: Days Mon-Fri

Location: Midlands and surrounding areas

As the go-to maintenance engineer, you’ll utilise your electrical and mechanical expertise to maintain and repair site machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a chance to manage your own diary while working with some of the most advanced systems in the industry.

Qualifications
  • Multi Skilled – Either Mechanical or Electrical Bias
  • Strong Mechanical and Electrical skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Midlands and surrounding areas, managing your own schedule to meet the demands of multiple sites
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with site teams, colleagues, and management effectively
  • Provide hands‑on technical support to a range of facilities, ensuring all equipment operates at peak performance
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
