Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Vending Engineer to service vending machines across Birmingham. The role is field-based, offering a salary of £30,000 to £31,000 plus door-to-door overtime and a company van with equipment.

You will maintain, repair and support a range of machines on commercial sites, travelling as required and delivering prompt, professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing vending machines.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong fault-finding and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a busy field-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending machines, snack/cold drinks machines and coffee machines.
• Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.
• Accurately report and document each job, including arrival, departure and customer confirmation.
• Manage van stock and tools, including ordering, receipting and returning parts.
• Provide professional customer service while representing the company on-site.

About the Role

As a Vending Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown support of a range of vending machines installed across commercial sites. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

Key Details

• Shifts: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
• Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 + Door-to-Door Overtime
• Travel: Fully field-based with company van provided
• Equipment: Company tools and equipment provided
