Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical, laboratory, or medical equipment is desirable.
  • Must be based in the South-East and possess a flexible working approach.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and complete customer site visits across the region.
  • Diagnose faults and repair laboratory equipment.
  • Carry out equipment surveys and installations.
  • Deliver customer and distributor training (on site and in-house).
  • Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and calibration.
  • Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Skills

Engineering or technical background
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
Good understanding of IT infrastructure
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus
Full, clean UK / EU driving licence
