A leading manufacturer in the UK is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their service and installation team. This home-based role involves providing exceptional customer care and technical support, along with installation of injection moulding equipment across central England. Qualifications

  • Previous experience of maintaining and repairing plastic processing equipment such as Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Thermoforming, or Plastic Extrusion machinery.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the south of the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of new injection moulding equipment at client sites.
  • Providing remote and onsite technical support.
  • Conducting training sessions on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures related to injection moulding equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on injection moulding machinery.

A rapidly expanding manufacturer of plastic injection moulding machinery is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their service and installation team.

With increasing sales and a growing market share, they need additional Service Engineers to keep pace with rising demand while maintaining their reputation for delivering excellent levels of service and support. This is a key role in upholding and enhancing their brand's success.

This home-based position focuses on providing exceptional customer care across central England.

Up to £45,000 basic, Door to Door + OT + vehicle + benefits / OTE £50,000+

Duties
  • Installation and commissioning of new injection moulding equipment at client sites.
  • Providing remote and onsite technical support.
  • Conducting training sessions on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures related to injection moulding equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on injection moulding machinery.
Qualifications
  • Have previous experience of maintaining and repairing plastic processing equipment such as Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Thermoforming, or Plastic Extrusion machinery.
  • Be multi-skilled with experience of working with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Be willing to travel throughout the south of the UK with occasional overnight stays.
