Qualifications

  • At least 4 years in a customer-facing service engineer role.
  • Comfortable with installing capital equipment products.
  • Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

  • Survey customer sites for equipment installation.
  • Undertake equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Scheduled servicing of equipment at client sites.
  • Complete audits of plant/machines detailing faults.
  • Installation, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Promote company services during client interactions.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing.
