Job summary

Gunnebo Entrance Control in Bracknell is recruiting a Field Service Engineer for the Shuretech team with experience in industrial doors. You will work in a small team of experienced engineers and contribute to high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities include site surveys, fault diagnosis, repairs, planned maintenance and installation of door systems. Regular office/warehouse visits in Bracknell are expected; hours are 7:30–5 with a 5-out-of-7 pattern and door-to-door pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in working on sectional doors and roller shutters.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence; Company Vehicle provided.
• Experience with related access systems or assets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out site surveys
• Attending call-outs to diagnose faults and breakdowns
• Attending client sites to complete repairs and remedial works
• Completing planned preventative maintenance and servicing tasks
• Installation of Industrial door systems
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of workmanship
