Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 a year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: On the road – Mainly Central London and North London (including Bucks, Beds, Herts, Essex, Suffolk, Cambs)

About the Client

A growing, family‑run business supplying commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers to workplaces across the UK. Known for fast, friendly customer service, they are expanding their service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines.
• Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out call‑out repairs.
• Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems.
• Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Complete detailed service reports and job documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in water dispensers, coffee machines, vending, or similar field.
• Strong electro‑mechanical diagnostic and repair ability.
• Basic plumbing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Professional and reliable.
• Ability to manage van stock and field operations independently.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ideally based in North West London with good access to M25/M40/M1/M11.
