Role

The client is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the North London and surrounding areas to carry out service, repair and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment. This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Depending on appointments start time may vary. All extra hours are paid as overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out warranty work, general repair, service and maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
• Complete all relevant paperwork/administration and actively promote product/parts and services to existing customers.
• Be part of an out of hours call out rota.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable exemplary customer service experience in a similar role within the Automotive, Material Handling, LGV Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Heavy Plant engineering industries.
• Ideally has completed an apprenticeship or qualification in an engineering subject or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Live within the M11/M25 catchment area.
• Flexible working approach and full driving licence.
• Full training across the product range is provided and further study support is available for the right candidate.
