Job description

Field Service Engineer – Food Processing Equipment (UK)

Location: United Kingdom (UK) – Permanent role.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE) with OTE £58,000 – £62,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across the UK servicing food processing and bakery equipment such as pie/pizza lines.
• Mechanical build, install, servicing and commissioning of machinery.
• Handle electrical breakdowns.
• Occasionally travel internationally to the head office in Holland for assistance and training.

Qualifications & Experience

• HNC/HND or City & Guilds qualification in engineering.
• Experience with machinery in Paper, Pastry/bakery, Print, Food Manufacturing, Textile or Injection Molding.
• Strong field and service engineering track record.
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical engineering skills.
• Experience with Siemens PLC controls is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
