• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visit leaves a positive impression.
• Keep accurate records of all work completed and parts used.
• Train dealership staff on the correct use and care of our systems.
• Promote consumables and additional products to existing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based engineering or service role (ideally electronics or similar).
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (with occasional overnight stays).
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• A self-starter who works independently with a positive, can-do attitude.
