Field Service Engineer - Heavy Equipment

Location: Reside within 1 hour of Coleshill, B46.

Salary: £39,000 + Overtime + Van + Benefits

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a global leader in heavy equipment and material handling solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Service, repair and maintain heavy mobile equipment: cranes, forklifts, RoRo tractors, container handlers.
• Door‑to‑door paid travel with overtime and on‑call allowance.

Package & Benefits:

• £39,000 base salary + overtime (time and a half weekdays/Saturdays, double time Sundays).
• Company van and larger tools supplied.
• On‑call rota: 1 in 6 weeks, £150 standby, 4 hours minimum double time if called out.
• 40 hours/week, Mon‑Fri, 8:30‑5:00.

About You:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV, Forklift or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Level 2 considered with strong experience).
• Skilled in hydraulics, electrics and diagnostics (CANbus knowledge an advantage).
• Backgrounds: Plant, Cranes, Forklift, HGV, material handling.
