Role Summary:
As a Field Support Engineer, you will handle the setup, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex heating, cooling, and multi-utility metering systems across residential and communal properties. Youll work in active properties and communal spaces, delivering an exceptional level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Setup: Deploy and configure payment systems, heating and cooling controls, and metering devices.
  • Routine & Responsive Maintenance: Conduct planned maintenance and on-call repairs for systems like Heat Interface Units (HIUs), ventilation systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating with on-site teams and contractors.
  • Customer-Focused Support: Provide responsive support and system knowledge to end-users, ensuring effective usage and satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Use digital tools to document work, manage records, and prepare service reports.

  • Certification: NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or heating; active CSCS certification
  • Mindset: Proactive, problem-solving approach with strong communication skills
