Job summary

TRS Consulting in London area is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Gas Detection Systems to maintain and service high‑tech breathing apparatus equipment. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, diagnose faults and ensure excellent customer service across installations and on-site visits.

The role requires a technical qualification in mechanical engineering or similar and hands-on experience with electro‑mechanical systems; experience with breathing apparatus or air-supplied

Qualifications

• A technical qualification in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience as a field service engineer on mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with breathing apparatus, safety or air-supplied respirators is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Service and repair of breathing apparatus equipment.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service during on-site visits.
