Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Europe is seeking a Site Service Engineer to join the After Sales team in the UK. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing forklift trucks and other material handling equipment at customer sites.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, report concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations while meeting targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as forklift engineer, plant fitter or similar industrial equipment role.
• Basic electrical knowledge beneficial.
• Must be able to work on your own initiative.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, overhaul, fault find and resolve faults on company products.
• Fact find and report any concerns.
• Deal promptly with customer enquiries.
• Achieve agreed targets.
• Ensure that our company regulations are followed at all times.
