TalentTech Recruitment Ltd advertises a Field Service Engineer role covering the M6 Corridor from the West Midlands to Blackpool, with Wolverhampton as a preferred base.

The position offers £30,000–£35,000 basic salary, 25% overtime, a company van, pension, tools, training, laptop and mobile, with 28 days holiday. You will fault-find on electrical and battery-operated floor-cleaning machinery and visit varied clients in automotive, retail, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Able to fault find using a multimeter.
• Electrical bias with mechanical appreciation.
• Hold a full driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Physically fit and able as role involves travel and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Covering a territory of M6 Corridor, from the West Midlands, up to Blackpool.
• 80% service and PPM, 20% reactive breakdowns.
• Fault finding on electrical and battery-operated floor cleaning machinery.
• Visiting clients in sectors ranging from automotive retailers, supermarkets, and warehouses, through to industrial manufacturers, airports, and education.
• Typically working 08:00 - 16:30 Mon - Thu, 08:00 - 15:30 Fri. Return travel paid as overtime.
