  • An experienced field engineer with hands‑on exposure to arcade, vending or gaming systems?
  • Able to work independently across multiple customer sites, providing a professional and reliable service?
  • Confident fault‑finding, repairing and optimising electrical or electromechanical equipment?
  • Comfortable travelling across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire with flexibility for occasional weekends?
  • A technically minded problem‑solver who takes pride in keeping machines performing at their best?
What you need…
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in service, maintenance or installation of amusement, vending or gaming equipment (or any similar electro‑mechanical type equipment)
  • Strong electromechanical skills with sound understanding of diagnostics and fault‑finding
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance, PAT testing and safety checks
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the southern patch (Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding areas)
  • Eligibility to pass a standard background check (DBS)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and install amusement and gaming machines across customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance, testing and calibration
  • Restock and support merchandising elements where required
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably and profitably
  • Liaise with internal support teams for spare parts, logistics and technical guidance
  • Represent the business with professionalism and pride at every site visit
