Overview

We're recruiting experienced Electrical Field Service Engineers to support the servicing, repair, and calibration of emissions testing equipment, including gas and smoke analyzers and diagnostic machines used in professional vehicle workshops. You'll be working with one of the UK's most respected garage equipment specialists, covering a local patch from home, typically within an hour's radius. There is no on-call rota or overnight stays, offering true work-life balance. Travel time is fully paid, and overtime is available but never mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and calibrate gas/smoke analyzers and vehicle diagnostic equipment
  • Diagnose faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers in garages and MOT centres
  • Complete service documentation and compliance checks
Requirements
  • Electrically biased engineering background
  • Experience working on diagnostic or emissions testing equipment preferred
  • Strong fault-finding, calibration, and repair skills
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service focus
  • Full UK driving licence
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
