Job summary

A leading engineering supplier is seeking a Service Engineer to provide maintenance and repair on compressed air equipment across the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical engineering with strong fault-finding skills. This role involves regular travel and commuting to Birmingham for parts collection. Full product training is provided, and a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 is offered based on experience. Additional benefits include a company van and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical and or mechanical engineering systems.
• Experience as a Service Engineer with fault finding skills in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
• Good working knowledge of three phase electrics and controls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance on compressed air equipment.
• Undertake planned and preventative maintenance.
• Perform emergency breakdown fault finding on compressed air equipment.
