Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience of servicing, fault finding and repairing Chillers.
• Confident in conveying technical information to customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites across Scotland and perform diagnostics.
• Provide telephone support to on-site Engineers.
• Produce detailed reports for customers and Regional Service Manager.
