Job summary

Just Recruitment Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a growing business, covering the South and ideally based around Luton and surrounding areas. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, service, repair, breakdown and ongoing maintenance of capital equipment in varied environments.

Key duties include training end users, providing feedback after visits, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support within capital equipment.
• Level 3 electrical installation/engineering/maintenance qualification or higher; Gold Card Electrician (2391) acceptable.
• Gold Card Electrician with 2391 testing and inspection is acceptable.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor in client facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintenance, and fault find on a range of capital equipment.
• Provide user training to end clients when required.
• Provide feedback to customers on issues during commissioning, maintenance or fault-finding visits.
