A leading international supplier of processing machinery is actively seeking a Field Service Engineer to work with their commercial clients in and around the Midlands area. Based from home, you will be responsible for providing site support for their customers, which will include the service, repair, preventative maintenance and installation of large processing equipment and resolving technical issues with support of technical support if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide site support for customers, including service, repair, preventative maintenance and installation of large processing equipment.
• Resolve technical issues with support from technical support if needed.

Qualifications

• Ideally qualified within Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience as a field service or customer support engineer.
• Experience with processing machinery is preferred, but engineers with experience on a range of electro-mechanical equipment will be considered.
• Engineers who have had a background within the Armed Forces would be of distinct interest to our client.
