You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering premium service, commissioning, calibrating, and repairing equipment. Field Service Engineer - to £45,000 (DOE) + Car & Benefits

A leading manufacturer of checkweighers and x-ray machinery is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join their growing team.

The role is field based and will serve contracts across the Midlands and South.

Package
  • Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (DOE)
  • On-call rota: 1 week in 6, paid for 20 additional hours
  • Company vehicle: Car

  • Necessary training and support

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the UK Service Manager
  • Responsible for ensuring that customers receive the level of service they have come to expect from a premium brand.
  • Capable of working alone or in a team to commission, calibrate or repair the full range of our equipment.
Qualifications
  • Experience of inspection machinery, e.g. checkweighers, x-ray and metal detection.
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Willing to travel throughout the UK with overnight stays as and when required.
