Job summary

Field Solutions Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our global technology OEM, working in the renewables sector across the UK. The role involves attending breakdowns, pre-planned maintenance, and installations, with training provided to stay up to date with new tech.

You will work with fellow engineers on regional projects, applying electrical, mechanical, and IT/networking skills to diagnose faults and deliver customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• IT/Networking experience.
• Customer-focused values with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on a variety of technology and being adaptable to the various instances that may arise.
• Attending relevant training courses both internally and externally to keep up to date with the latest technology

Essential Experience

• Previous experience working as a Field Service Engineer.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding
• IT/Networking experience
• Customer focussed values with excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Previous background working in retail or leisure environments
• Electro-Mechanical or similar qualifications
