Job summary

Eko Talent is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain, and repair generators, biogas plants, CHP systems and related plant machinery. The role involves on-site work across client locations with a Monday–Friday daytime shift and a base salary around £50,000 plus overtime, company van and paid travel.

• Experience in field service or maintenance of generators and CHP/biogas plants.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and perform on-demand repairs.
• Ability to diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Our Client is looking to upskill - Vehicle Technicians / HGV Technicians / Plant Fitters / Generator Engineers

We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join clients leading engineering team, working to service, maintain, and repair generators, Biogas plants, plants, CHP Systems and associated plant machinery.

The main responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer will include -

• Carrying out planned maintenance and emergency breakdown support of Generators.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Supporting installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new systems
• Delivering a high standard of customer service while working on client sites
• Working both independently and as part of a wider technical support team
