The Opportunity

Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a key support role within a team of experts across high-profile customer accounts where the work you do truly matters? We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our solution-focused team of Applications, Information Solutions, and Engineering Specialists covering the Central East region of the UK (Mansfield and surrounding areas). In this role, you will provide comprehensive, whole-solution support for a diverse range of high-value medical diagnostic equipment. From installation, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance to customer training and technical troubleshooting, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery across NHS, University, and private laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Qualified Engineer with a proven track record servicing high-value capital equipment.
  • Education: Equivalent qualification to HNC/HND level or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Customer Focus: A confident, customer-centric mindset with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments and build productive relationships.
  • Collaboration: Strong capability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team (Applications, IT, and Engineering) to deliver a seamless service solution.
  • Flexibility: Willingness and capability to work within a 7-day support model to meet customer and patient needs across the region.
