Field Service Engineer - East Midlands / East Anglia

If you're a Field Service Engineer looking to break into the medical sector, this role offers the perfect pathway. You'll be joining a well-established managed service provider that supports healthcare organisations nationwide, known for investing heavily in training, development, and creating a genuinely supportive team culture. Their focus is simple : keeping vital medical equipment safe, reliable, and ready when clinicians need it.

What you'll be doing :

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs on a range of medical devices.
  • Travel between sites to deliver responsive, reliable service to clinical teams.
  • Keep accurate service records, manage spare parts, and ensure equipment is fully compliant.
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Support senior engineers and contribute to ongoing improvements within the service team.

What we're looking for :

  • HNC / ONC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar.
  • Some hands‑on practical engineering experience - ideally 6-12 months.
  • Someone who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and problem‑solving on the road.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working independently.
