Job summary

Octagon Group seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair pumping stations across Kent and surrounding areas.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding on mechanical and electrical equipment, and on-site servicing and commissioning. On-site customer interaction and timely service reporting are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps, pumping stations or water industry equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Location: Kent & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time

My client is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team, working across Kent and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing pumping stations and associated equipment within the water industry.

Key Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer job:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of pumping stations.
• Fault finding and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Pump servicing, testing and commissioning.
• Attending breakdowns and providing effective technical solutions.
