This is a hands‑on field service role where no two days are the same. You'll be installing, calibrating, and servicing high‑end metrology equipment while providing first‑class customer support and technical expertise.

What you'll do:
  • Install, calibrate and service advanced tool presetting and inspection machines.
  • Respond to breakdowns and provide remote or on‑site support.
  • Manage your own schedule, plan site visits, and document all work accurately.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to service efficiency.
What you'll need:
  • Background in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
  • Confidence in diagnosing and resolving faults independently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
  • Self‑motivated and well‑organised approach to work.
