What You’ll Be Doing
  • Install and maintain water treatment systems and associated equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and carry out repairs on‑site
  • Provide user training to help clients get the most from their systems
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of all service visits
  • Work safely and responsibly, including the handling of chemicals
  • Participate in a rotating weekend on‑call schedule (1 in 4)
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a field engineering or service technician role
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (water treatment experience is desirable)
  • Plumbing or heating background (N/SVQ or equivalent preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Flexible and able to manage your own schedule
  • Solid awareness of health and safety standards (COSHH familiarity ideal)
