Job description

Service Engineer - Mechanical Power Transmission (Midlands Field-Based) - Full Time. Occasional Overnight Travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical power transmission systems at client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on high-speed rotating equipment, including driveshafts, motors, gear couplings, and spindles.
  • Work independently and liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate service records and adhere to health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience working with high-speed rotating machinery.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work effectively on-site.
