  • Test new software and hardware.

Days - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs

Role Description
  • Working face to face with our client network, providing support, training and advice on supplied equipment
  • Involvement in design, construction and implementation of training
  • Deliver and install instruments to customer sites including system integration and client training
  • Respond to technical support calls, responding accordingly and identifying any areas of concern or improvement
  • Support the sales team in demonstrations and other related activities
  • Take an involvement on the testing of new software and hardware
