The role involves meeting SME merchants face-to-face, demonstrating payment solutions, and driving business acquisition. We’re looking for a driven Field Sales professional to join Flatpay as we continue expanding across the UK. In this role, you’ll meet SME merchants face‑to‑face, demonstrate our payment solutions, drive new business acquisition, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every merchant you sign. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and love closing deals, this is the place for you.
Location: Remote (Oxford, Banbury, Newbury)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £60k‑£70k OTE (Commission uncapped)
Responsibilities:
Commission: Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.
