Your role will involve meeting SME merchants face-to-face, demonstrating payment solutions, and driving new business. Responsibilities

  • Attend site meetings with merchants to demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts.
  • Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas.
  • Present tailored solutions to secure deals.
  • Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Uphold ethical selling standards post-sale.
  • Provide feedback to SDR, marketing, and product teams.

About the job

We’re looking for a driven Field Sales professional to join Flatpay as we continue expanding across the UK. In this role, you’ll meet SME merchants face‑to‑face, demonstrate our payment solutions, drive new business acquisition, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every merchant you sign. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and love closing deals, this is the place for you.

What you’ll do

Location: Remote (Oxford, Banbury, Newbury)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £60k-£70k OTE (Commission uncapped)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
  • Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
  • Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
  • Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
  • Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‑sale.
  • Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution.

Commission: Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.
