Qualifications

We’re now seeking a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting people face-to-face, and helping clients transform their outdoor spaces.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Engage with homeowners and businesses through door-to-door or street-based sales to promote our services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Confidently present our lawn-care packages, highlighting their quality, value, and convenience.
  • Identify and target potential customers through local area research and field activity.
  • Cut Grass and provide Lawn Care to any customer you get.
  • Accurately record leads, appointments, and client feedback using digital tools.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being approachable, honest, and professional at all times.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent performance and self-motivation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in door-to-door, street, or field sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident talking to new people every day.
  • A positive, motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for outdoor work and pride in helping clients maintain beautiful lawns.
  • Basic IT and record-keeping skills for tracking leads and sales.
  • A valid UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
