Job summary

Bestway Vans Direct is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover national opportunities. You will manage your own local territory, visit retailers, and deliver excellent service using a tablet and phone provided by the company.

The role includes a 3-week training programme and a base salary of £29,000 with OTE up to £34,000. You will need a full UK manual driving licence, strong communication, a proactive attitude, and good time keeping.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, can-do approach.
• Time management and reliability are essential.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers on allocated local territory and provide outstanding service.
• Follow set journey schedules and make planned retailer visits.
• Use provided tablet and phone to manage orders and communications.
