Robertson Recruitment are working with our reputable client to find a dynamic and results-driven Field Based Sales Account Manager to join the team. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a solid understanding of sales processes. Responsibilities
  • Field Sales - 3 - 4 days per week of customer visits; aiming to 6 meetings per day. There is another team that will arrange your meetings, but bonus points if you can book some in too
  • Relationship Management - working with other teams across the business to build and maintain long term and professional relationships with customers
  • Customer Analysis - use reporting tools to analyse customer spend, identify accounts that need focus and develop action plans
  • Reporting - maintaining accurate records using CRM's
  • Continuous Improvement - feeding back customer insights to help provide better service
Qualifications
