Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive field sales performance in the UK. You'll lead, coach, and grow a team of Territory Managers and manage their Field Sales Consultants.

  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Territory Managers across key regions in the UK.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of field sales consultants.
  • Define and implement regional sales strategies to boost acquisition and performance.
  • Work in the field with Territory Managers, coaching and driving team results hands‑on.
  • Monitor and optimise KPIs, commission plans, and team performance.
  • Ensure smooth alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders (People, Enablement, Marketing, etc.).
  • Build and share sales toolkits, pitches, and training material.
  • Provide insights into the British market and help shape go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales UK and contribute to long‑term sales success.
Your Profile

You’re a sales leader with a passion for people development and local market growth. You thrive in dynamic, field‑based environments and know how to translate strategy into execution.

  • 7+ years of leadership experience, including direct management of field sales teams.
  • Proven success in sales strategy execution and people management.
  • Experience in industries such as POS, merchant services, fintech, telecom, or energy.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs and performance data.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • A track record of building high‑performing, autonomous teams.
  • Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience working with freelance or commission‑based sales consultants.
  • Knowledge of the British SME market and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
