Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive field sales performance in the UK. You'll lead, coach, and grow a team of Territory Managers and manage their Field Sales Consultants.
- Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Territory Managers across key regions in the UK.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of field sales consultants.
- Define and implement regional sales strategies to boost acquisition and performance.
- Work in the field with Territory Managers, coaching and driving team results hands‑on.
- Monitor and optimise KPIs, commission plans, and team performance.
- Ensure smooth alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders (People, Enablement, Marketing, etc.).
- Build and share sales toolkits, pitches, and training material.
- Provide insights into the British market and help shape go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales UK and contribute to long‑term sales success.
Your Profile
You’re a sales leader with a passion for people development and local market growth. You thrive in dynamic, field‑based environments and know how to translate strategy into execution.
- 7+ years of leadership experience, including direct management of field sales teams.
- Proven success in sales strategy execution and people management.
- Experience in industries such as POS, merchant services, fintech, telecom, or energy.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs and performance data.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- A track record of building high‑performing, autonomous teams.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with freelance or commission‑based sales consultants.
- Knowledge of the British SME market and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
