Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a West London and Heathrow patch for Red Bull – QSR. You’ll build relationships with in-store decision makers, influence product availability and promotions, and drive high-impact merchandising across stores and restaurants.

You’ll be on the front line, using data to prioritise high-value locations, report activity, and strive to beat targets while earning a 12% bonus and a company vehicle package.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus — not a must.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution including secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
• Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
• Compete to be the best and be rewarded accordingly.
